The NCAOC has scheduled training sessions for attorneys, judicial partners, and others who will be eFiling in North Carolina. These training sessions will be offered by File&Serve experts via Webex. You will receive a link in your confirmation email.

If you elected to receive CLE, it will be submitted on your behalf in the beginning of the month following your session. 
If you elected to receive CPE, a certificate will be emailed to you in the beginning of the month following your session.

  • CLE: Attendance will be submitted to the NC State Bar within a month of the program. Attendees will receive confirmation from NCAOC when their attendance has been submitted. CLE credit is not available for watching the online videos.
  • CPE: Signed CPE forms will be emailed to attendees within a month of the program. Attendees will need to fill out their portion of the form prior to submitting it to the NC State Bar.
  • North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts employees must provide your "@nccourts.org" email address. If not, your request will not be processed.
