Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Request Form

NCAOC submits CLE requests to the Bar once a month. CPE (Paralegal) certificates are emailed once a month. Neither of these are automated processes; please be patient.

NOTE that incomplete requests that do not include ALL details (Bar or CPE number, course date) will not be processed. As a member of the legal community, it is your responsibility to include all relevant details when requesting CLE.

Note that if you included your Bar or CPE number when registering for the course, you do not need to fill out this form. Your attendance will be submitted at the beginning of the next month.

Note that no other NC Judicial Branch courses are approved for CLE at this time. If you need to submit more than one course for credit, please complete this form again for each course.
Note that submissions for courses taken before March 1, 2024 will not be accepted. If it was a multi-day course, enter the starting date of the course.
