New guidelines for CLE and CPE credit effective February 1, 2025.
Attorneys Seeking CLE Credit:
- It is NO LONGER NECESSARY to complete the following form:
If during the training registration process, you indicated you would be requesting CLE credit AND you provided your NC State Bar number, the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts will forward your information to the NC State Bar by the 10th of the month after the training.
- If you did not indicate, you would be requesting CLE credit and have now decided you would like to request credit, you must complete the following form. After completing the form, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. It is recommended you save the confirmation for future reference.
- The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts will forward your information to the NC State Bar by the 10th of the month after your request.
- As a program sponsor the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts does not collect any fees.
- It is the Attorneys responsibility to pay any/all fees to the NC State Bar.

Paralegals Seeking CPE Credit:
- If during the training registration process, you indicated you would be requesting CPE credit a Certificate of Attendance will be sent to the email address you provided. Certificates are sent once a month. It is not an automated process; please be patient.
- If you did not indicate, you would be requesting CPE credit and have now decided you would like to request a Certificate of Attendance, you must complete the following form. Certificates are sent once a month. It is not an automated process; please be patient.
- As a program sponsor the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts does not collect any fees.
- It is the Paralegals responsibility to pay any/all fees to your professional organization.
